Miriam Nisenbaum is a licensed and nationally certified social worker. She founded the company in 1995 and has helped non-profit organizations to reach their goals.
During her career she has been the Executive Director of the National Association of Social Workers-Texas Chapter, Executive Director of HOPE, National Association for Mental Illness-Dallas, Texas, and Help is Possible. She has been the Vice President of Easter Seals Central Texas and North Texas, Goodwill Industries-Dallas. Currently she teaches Social Work classes at Texas State University.
Her career has been focused on administration, management, fundraising, grant writing, membership services, event planning, strategic planning, program development, board development, training, and accreditation.
Her training and teaching background is extensive at the community, continuing education, and the University level. She has created and delivered training and classes on ethics, documentation, supervision, trauma informed care , communication and social media, and non profit consulting. She has written dozens of successful grants, helped many new non profits incorporate as well as refine and reconfigure their organizations and operations.
